Chloe's Second Birthday, Round 2
Because of one of the many snow storms this year, Chloe's original birthday party could not happen. Fortunately, the Dora cake was thrown in the freezer and we were able to celebrate after all the snow finally disappeared.

Chloe's birthday was interfered by yet another snow storm as was our trip with the Price family to Snowshoe, but it did not prevent us from having a lot of fun.

Chloe's Second Visit to Chicago
Chloe got her second chance to see her great grandparents in Chicago. She absolutely loved the plane rides back and forth and loved seeing her great grandparents. She has also fallen victim to the Chicago food trap, in that as if seeing great grandma and grandpa wasn't enough of a temptation to go to Chicago, but the food also feeds into that temptation. She had endless bowls of blueberries, chocolate cake, "the" bakery, and "county line" pizza. She's hooked. When can we come again???

Winter Break
A week plus off of work allowed us to enjoy time together and with our family. We loved and appreciated every minute.

Let It Snow, The Aftermath, Winter 2009
We measured the next morning, and right outside our door came to 14". I was worried it might be too deep for Chloe to enjoy, but she proved me wrong. One more year and I'll be able to have all three girls outside at once!

A Child's Laugh
Everyone says that it's not really possible that Chloe is laughing already. She is only 3 months, after all. Daniel tried in vain to record her earlier in the evening but she refused to give. It wasn't until the worst cinematic angle came into focus that she really hammed it up. [2.9MB] That is laughter my favorite little naysayers. Study Questions: 1. Is Daniel really saying don't pee? 2. And if so, who is he talking to? [Certainly it can't be his sweet daughter!] 3. Why doesn't his butt look big? The injustice!
